With each one of us having quite a bit of experience in different disciplines we know exactly how the product market works, and also how it doesn’t work. We have seen everything from big corporates to small start-ups with each having their own bumps and bruises.

As a highly experienced Sales Director with a track record of accomplishment, I have devoted my entire career to ascending via promotions to more senior roles. In my most recent position, I am responsible for all sales-related parts of each organization, including developing complete Sales and Marketing strategies and ensuring that all business development projects and activities enhance P&L performance on a continuous basis. My knowledge is wide and encompasses B2B, B2C, FMCG, OTT, IPTV, MVNO, SaaS, and MaaS. In addition, I thrive at developing strategic plans for important accounts, supervising all parts of client growth, and aggressively driving change and transformation projects. I prioritise the customer and client experience, building a sales department culture of high-quality standards.

As a senior professional with extensive experience and versatility, I possess a wide variety of transferrable management and company enhancement talents. My everyday tasks entail using my interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiating abilities, as well as my superior IT and extensive project management knowledge. I thrive in high-pressure circumstances, am driven by surpassing goals, and provide hands-on campaign management that is both motivating and hands-on. I am solely responsible for formulating and executing the business strategy for a wide range of work streams, including Lyca E-Shop, Insurance, Remittance, Money, Wallet, Reward, Loyalty, IP TV, Lotto, Casino, Bingo, Customer app, and WiFi.

I have successfully supervised an increase in transactions of £8 million per month, with a 10% growth in new clients and £2 million in monthly transactions; 10% (E-Shop) and transactions by 8 million GBP per month. 12% (Lyca Money), 8% (TV), 10% (Lotto / Casino / Bingo), and 10% (WiFi). I have established solid professional connections with both external and internal stakeholders in order to acquire funding, handle vendor procurement procedures efficiently, and build the B2B pipeline. My responsibilities included directing major changes across all work streams, initiating acquisitions, combining diverse operations under Lyca Group, decreasing fixed costs, simplifying manpower, outsourcing the contact center, and relaunching the new website and E-wallet.

I oversaw the design and execution of a plan to increase customer success ratings by working closely with the Product and Customer Services teams in six countries and integrating Trustpilot across 23 countries. I gain enormous joy from all elements of Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Account Management, and I have consistently produced exceptional outcomes. Highlights

Opened new and sales leads and evolved them into sustained contracts; initiated an `action plan` approach to securing new business and dealing with all levels up to and including CEOs.

Defined and improved the product strategy to convert application/dispatching systems/integration of systems with relevant business requirements and consolidated the existing Private Hire Vehicle industry. Positioned the brand to suit the current and future global markets with innovative product offerings (SaaS and Maas).
Communicated with important and newly acquired customers, ensuring that excellent relationships were built and maintained, with client satisfaction at the forefront of the team agenda.

Drove the new business acquisition model to position Smartzi in the heart of the London Private Vehicle Hire industry; implementing a bespoke B2B/B2C/B2D strategy and built the pipeline for 2018-2019.

Designed and implemented an innovative `Driver Reward Program` with value-added services to increase incremental revenue growth.

Assumed full control over multiple areas, including; commercials, marketing, projects and strategic direction. Increased client base and managed business development to move the company back into profitability.

Ensured the Sales and Marketing Team consistently delivered on or above their targets (KPIs) and achieved a reduction in procurement costs by 10% through renegotiation of existing agreements and increased product profits by 7%.Drove successful strategies to combat anti-piracy activities in the marketplace, and was responsible for both business strategy and growth.
Led the launch of the FinTech VOIP project SaaS and app offering, drove the sales and marketing functions and developing the go to market strategy initiative, defined the offering and SaaS product, successfully launching VOIP Products in 3 countries. 

Successfully launched IPTV in the UK, EU, AUS and CA markets and as well as launching a SaaS FinTech project in the UK, FR, DE markets. Coordinated and led leading teams across all countries generating 8-12 million EURO per month per country.

Highlights

I was operationally responsible for end-to-end project work on a successful TV campaign and provided operational oversight and visionary leadership for 43 managers and retail stores with a combined turnover of £67 million.

Created and drove a successful team to increase LFL growth by 54% from 63% - the highest ever growth within the company, and won the Won ‘Top Divisional Manager’ award. Introduced performance reporting systems, facilitated data reviews, and performance analysis to gauge execution and adjust sales strategy. 
Decreased staff turnover by 15% by encouraging a more engaged workforce, establishing a culture of collaboration and driving mutual performance.
